Job Summary: Responsible for visiting retail outlets to negotiate, sell, and implement marketing strategies, as well as prospecting new retailers. Key Highlights: 1. Prospect and sell products by visiting retail outlets. 2. Implement marketing strategies and product displays in retail outlets. 3. Negotiate contracts and monitor competitors' activities. Responsible for visiting retail outlets within the designated territory zone according to a pre\-established route to verify customer stock levels, negotiate and sell products marketed by the Company in specified quantities and brands. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\) Sell products marketed by the Company in your region according to the route plan and prospect new retailers. 2\) Implement marketing activities at retail outlets according to the route plan and prior guidance from the Company, including brand communication, proper maintenance of product display standards, merchandising census execution, consumer promotions, identification of opportunities to improve product mix and brand portfolio at retail outlets. 3\) Maintain updated customer records. 4\) Request installation of materials in compliance with applicable laws and prior guidance from the Company. 5\) Plan daily activities, setting priorities based on demand, deadlines, and opportunity areas. 6\) Request credit or volume approval from the manager for limits exceeding your authority. 7\) Monitor competitors' activities. 8\) Negotiate shelf-space lease contracts. 9\) Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level within your area of responsibility, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor's Degree Hello, we are BAT Brasil!
