At **Supermercado Rodrigues**, we are looking for a Fresh Produce (FLV) Procurement Specialist who wants to be a leader in our supply chain. In this role, you do more than purchase products—you manage the freshness delivered to our customers’ tables, ensuring optimal negotiation terms, margins, and product availability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct prospecting, negotiation, and procurement closure for FLV (Fruits, Vegetables, and Leafy Greens); * Manage the supplier portfolio, developing strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities at farms/CEASA markets; * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) using **BI**, monitoring margin, shrinkage, inventory levels, and price competitiveness; * Operate the **WinThor** system for data entry, purchase orders, and procurement process control; * Monitor seasonality and market fluctuations to ensure optimal cost\-benefit ratios and store replenishment; * Collaborate closely with Logistics and the Distribution Center (DC) to guarantee quality and freshness of received goods. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Completed Bachelor’s Degree** in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; **Solid experience** in procurement of perishable goods (with focus on Fresh Produce/FLV); **Proficiency in the WinThor system** (mandatory); **Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI)** tools for data analysis and decision-making; Negotiation-oriented, resilient profile with strong business acumen; Willingness to visit suppliers and operational units.
