Job Summary: Operations Manager for a supermarket, overseeing team management, daily operational routines, product restocking, customer service, and resolution of daily issues. Key Highlights: 1. Supermarket seeks an Operations Manager in Manaus. **Responsibilities:** Manage the store's operational team, directing and supervising daily activities across different departments. Delegate tasks among staff to ensure adherence to operational routines. Assist the store manager in monitoring KPIs, performance results, and shift scheduling. Supervise product restocking, store organization, and customer service. Intervene in resolving daily issues to ensure uninterrupted operations. Previous experience as Logistics Manager, Production Manager, Operations Coordinator, or Supply Chain Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
