The business is further supported by leading e-commerce platforms, including Ray\-Ban.com, EyeBuyDirect, Clearly, and more. **Job Summary:** Responsible for environment, health and safety (EHS), and asset security projects and activities led by respective teams, reporting directly to the Plant Director and serving as a member of the Steering Committee, striving to achieve departmental objectives and foster team development. **What will be my duties and responsibilities?** * Develop/Maintain performance indicators for EHS, SGA, and Asset Security; * Manage Occupational Health and Safety activities aligned with corporate strategies; * Ensure implementation and compliance with occupational health and safety regulatory standards; * Participate in internal and external audits related to processes; * Continuously promote, encourage, and reinforce the company’s safety culture; * Define Capex requests for projects involving EHS and Asset Security; * Manage third-party contracts within the Asset Security area; * Implement and monitor environmental, occupational health and safety, and asset security procedures; * Manage occupational health initiatives, including prevention and employee health monitoring; * Participate in crisis committees during pandemic situations to ensure appropriate actions safeguarding worker safety; * Manage personnel reporting to you using the people management systems defined by the corporation; * Develop and maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with employees and third parties; * Ensure the team receives necessary support to perform its duties with excellence, while also highlighting professional development opportunities; * Monitor compliance with legal requirements and inspections related to EHS. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Experience managing and executing Action Plans for accidents, incidents, legal requirements, and process audits; * Experience in managing and executing corporate security-related activities; * Experience managing third-party services in Occupational Health, Occupational Safety, Environment, and Corporate Security; * Experience managing KPIs relevant to EHS and Corporate Security areas; * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards; * Advanced English proficiency, with ability to lead meetings with multicultural teams. **What do we offer?** * Benefits such as Medical Assistance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Private Pension Plan, Daycare Allowance, and Commuter Benefit. *EssilorLuxottica values and supports diversity; therefore, all our positions are open to candidates with disabilities (PcDs).*
