Responsibilities and Duties Prepare snacks for patients according to medical prescriptions and/or snacks for physicians as directed by the nutritionist; Answer phone calls, record meal requests from the service center, notify the on-duty nutritionist and dietary aides, and monitor fulfillment of those requests; Provide prescribed diets, assemble meals, and prepare cutlery and napkin kits; Serve snacks and meals according to patients’ and/or physicians’ diet charts; Collect meal trays from patients and/or physicians; Organize and perform cleaning and sanitization of all equipment used during the shift: pitchers, trays, pots, blenders, etc., as well as the workplace environment; Sanitize meal transport carts during the shift; Refill water in nutrition department refrigerators; Respond to management requests regarding fruit and snack preparation; Prepare snacks and coffee breaks for events when requested; Deliver 20-liter water jugs to departments when requested. Comply with the company’s Good Manufacturing Practices Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) applicable to your area of responsibility, as established by the company or current legislation. Requirements and Qualifications Required: Completed High School education.
