If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Demonstrate commitment to the company’s strategy, ideology, and customers by achieving goals aligned with the Strategic Plan to deliver organizational results; * Ensure maintenance of ISO 9001 certification by applying quality concepts, methodologies, and tools; * Conduct internal and external audits and process evaluations to verify compliance with requirements and procedures; * Map and integrate organizational processes, procedures, and practices to refine internal methods and achieve corporate objectives and targets; * Provide support to all departments (production and administrative) through knowledge transfer and assistance in executing QMS-related activities; * Manage documents, nonconformities (internal and external), action plans, and risks; * Develop specific QMS procedures; * Facilitate onboarding of new employees to engage staff with QMS best practices; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Quality Management or related fields; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting NBR ISO 9001:2025; * Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2026, based on ISO 19011:2018; * Preferred: Lead Auditor training for RAC ISO 9001:2015; * Training in Quality Tools, MASP, Nonconformity Handling, and Risk Management; **Additional Information** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * On-site meals * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) * Life insurance With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has established itself as a benchmark in plastic production, processing, and recycling, with strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
