




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT User Support Technician with Service Desk experience to handle, log, and track service requests, as well as maintain documentation and asset inventory. Firmware, software, and security patch updates. **IT User Support Technician Position - MANAUS/AM** Location: Rua Tomás de Vila Nova, No. 300 - Centro Neighborhood, Manaus-AM. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Modality: 100% on-site **What We Are Looking For:** Completed High School Education Professional experience **proven** for a minimum of 02 (two) years in Service Desk activities, user support, request logging, classification, and tracking. **Responsibilities:** User support including logging, classification, and tracking of Service Desk requests. Periodic updating of diagrams, flowcharts, and microcomputer support documentation. Maintenance of a detailed inventory of institutional assets, including data such as network addresses, hardware, and machine names. Verification and updating of firmware, software, and security patches according to manufacturers' recommendations.
