If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform activities following the company’s safety standards and using the required PPEs; * Carry out and develop work under the guidance of the Immediate Supervisor, Machine Operator, and/or Process Specialist; * Assist in screen changes and machine startup (film threading), as instructed by the Machine Operator; * Assist in machine operation and production processes according to pre-established routines for each process, and meet product and service specification requirements; * Understand machine parameters and information, and assist the Operator in process adjustments per production order; * Assist the Operator in identifying machine issues, defects, and non-conforming products; * Conduct product inspections per work instructions, production orders, and quality standards; * Assist the Operator in monitoring and controlling the production process—from raw material supply to finished product; * Assist the Operator in production tracking to identify improvement opportunities aimed at achieving better results; * Support the Machine Operator in achieving process-related targets; * Correctly affix identification labels to cores; * Classify defects, identify raw materials and finished products, and accurately record information in production reports in a legible and correct manner; * Interpret all information described in the Production Order (PO); * Perform and monitor raw material and pallet supply used in the process, ensuring no raw material shortages occur during production; * Package rolls directly on the machine, weigh rolls using a manual pallet jack for movement, and accurately record information in production reports in a legible and correct manner; * Clean machine filters as instructed; * Perform pallet recovery activities; * Provide support, when necessary, in other production areas (Cutting & Welding, Packaging, Stretch Extrusion, Shrink Extrusion, Printing, Recycling, Pressing, and Silos). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Updated NR12 certification; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM); * Must reside in the Manaus–AM region. **Additional Information** * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Food Basket * Chartered Transportation * Life Insurance * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has established itself as a benchmark in plastic production, conversion, and recycling, with strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
