PLAYMAIS is your place.** **We are looking for an External Technical Support Assistant Level 2** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide first-level support to end users and customers; * Log all support interactions in the ticketing system; * Escalate cases to the second level when necessary; * Provide support identifying difficulties and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity incidents and problems; * Configure equipment and perform Internet connectivity tests; * Clarify customer doubts regarding outstanding invoices; * Retrieve company equipment in case of non-payment; * Ensure customer success and address specific support requirements; * Report operational failures and qualitative and quantitative performance indicators; **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from high school; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to handle conflict resolution; * Proactivity; Patience; Commitment; Desire for knowledge; * Driver’s license Category A. **The following qualifications will be considered advantageous:** * Experience in telecommunications or service industries. **Additional Information** **What else you need to know:** * Working hours: Business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM); * This is an on-site position located in Manaus \- Therefore, candidates must reside in the area of operation. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher or Food Voucher; * Partial Medical Assistance; * Training and growth opportunities; * Transportation Voucher; * Performance-based bonus.
