




Job Summary: We are seeking an External Technical Support Assistant Level 2 to identify challenges, resolve incidents, and ensure customer success within a continuously evolving digital environment. PLAYMAIS is your place.** **We are looking for an External Technical Support Assistant Level 2.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide first-level support and assistance to end-users and customers; * Log all support interactions into the ticketing system; * Escalate cases to second-level support when necessary; * Support identification of difficulties and resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity incidents and issues; * Configure equipment and perform Internet connectivity tests; * Clarify customer inquiries regarding outstanding invoices; * Retrieve company equipment in cases of non-payment; * Ensure customer success and address service-specific requirements; * Report operational failures and qualitative and quantitative performance indicators; **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or completed high school; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to handle conflict resolution; * Proactivity; Patience; Commitment; Eagerness to learn; * Driver’s license Category A. **The following qualifications will be considered advantageous:** * Experience in telecommunications or related services. **Additional Information** **What else you need to know:** * Working hours: Business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM); * This is an on-site position located in Itacoatiara\- Therefore, candidates must reside in the area of operation. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher or Food Voucher; * Partial Medical Assistance; * Training and career development opportunities; * Transportation Voucher; * Performance-based bonus.
