The E-commerce Assistant will be responsible for customer service, supporting online sales, and assisting with administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations. This professional ensures the smooth functioning of the e-commerce platform, contributes to enhancing the customer experience, and supports commercial and digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily website operations (orders, inquiries, consultations, registrations, and billing); - Provide support to online sales and the commercial department; - Respond to customers of the online store via telephone, chat, and email, assisting with order completion; - Register and update products on the platform; - Participate in developing e-commerce-focused commercial and marketing strategies; - Support administrative routines related to the operation of the online store. Requirements - Completed high school education; - Experience or knowledge in customer service; - Organized, communicative profile with aptitude for working with digital systems and routines.
