If you want to work as a **Senior Quality Management Analyst (PL)**, we have a new challenge for you! **Key Responsibilities:**
Monitoring and Planning: Participate in defining the quality management system activity plan and monitor achievement of departmental goals and indicators.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Identify applicable legal requirements for the plant and ensure compliance with each item through specific action plans coordinated with managers.Process Management: Analyze task execution procedures and prepare checklists based on certification standards.
Non-Conformity Handling: Identify failures in processes and systems, ensuring corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
Support and Coordination: Support various departments of the projects in their daily routines, conduct plant management meetings, and coordinate the event schedule to ensure timely execution.
* Plan and organize area demands and routines, supporting various departments of the projects;
* Develop, improve, and complete reports, documents, spreadsheets, charts, and tables related to project activities;
* Work across all plant areas to disseminate, train, and verify correct application of quality tools and processes;
* Ensure customer satisfaction through implementation and maintenance of quality processes;
* Perform control and distribution of procedures, understanding processes and critical activities;
* Stay updated on existing market standards;
* Monitor and track implementation of quality processes, evaluating systematic execution, application quality, dissemination level, and results achieved after implementation;
* Support critical analysis of quality process implementation, identifying opportunities as well as actions ensuring continued use;
* Prepare the annual activity plan related to the quality management system;
* Structure, implement, and execute internal and external audit programs for quality-related systems and procedures;
* Support definition and implementation of a corrective action system in cases of procedural deviations or when modifications to procedures are identified;
* Disseminate the integrated policy by preparing and distributing related materials to raise awareness and engage all company departments in the management system;
Identify deficiencies in processes, systems, and tasks, raising awareness among directly involved personnel and departments to foster engagement in solution identification and corrective action implementation;
* Identify applicable legal requirements for the plant and its operations using a dedicated system, tracking progress and developing action plans for compliance with each requirement in coordination with responsible managers from respective departments;
* Analyze procedures and execution methods for each task, preparing checklists based on certification standards and other applicable standards;
Support departments in controlling goals and indicators;
* Conduct plant management meetings;
* Schedule plant events (plant calendar) and coordinate to ensure all occur as planned;
* Perform duties in accordance with company standards, as well as safety, health, hygiene, and occupational safety regulations;
* Execute other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the corporate environment;
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace;
* Comply with company institutional policies and rules.
**To apply, you must have:**
Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
Availability to work on-site under administrative regime in Santo Antônio dos Lopes\-MA (residency in Maranhão is mandatory);
Knowledge of certification standards;
Experience with continuous improvement tools (PDCA, Ishikawa, etc.);
