This role directly leads field teams, ensuring operational discipline and adherence to maintenance plans. Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Directly supervise activities of a team maintaining light or heavy vehicles. * Plan vehicle maintenance and repairs; control process quality; and provide resources for vehicle maintenance and repair. * Record technical and administrative information in forms and reports. * Supervise activities, motivating the team to carry them out in compliance with technical, quality, safety, and environmental preservation standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Skills: * Solid knowledge of maintenance for yellow-line equipment (excavators, tractors, off-road trucks, etc.) * Proficiency in: * Hydraulic systems * Large diesel engines * Transmission and traction systems * Onboard electrical and electronic systems * Reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manufacturer manuals * Experience in failure analysis and diagnosis * Knowledge of maintenance strategies: * Preventive * Predictive * Planned corrective Management Skills: * Leadership of field operational teams * Ability to enforce disciplined and standardized execution * Quick decision-making in operational environments * Organization and prioritization of tasks **Additional Information** * Hazard pay: 30% * Hapvida Health Plan (no monthly payroll deduction for the primary insured — 20% co-payment model); * Bradesco Dental Plan (payroll deduction applies); * Life Insurance; * Total Pass; * Meal Allowance: R$ 820.00; * Mobility Allowance: R$ 130.00\.
