Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform product analyses and record results accordingly; * Prepare reports demonstrating compliance with specifications and procedures, as well as prevention and correction plans; * Organize and update departmental documentation and shelf-life documentation according to established procedures; * Issue non-conformance reports for products, raw materials, packaging, and processes; * Conduct training for peers and production floor staff; * Ensure adherence to procedures, regulations, and standards related to Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Occupational Safety; * Perform water and effluent analyses, environmental monitoring, food safety monitoring, and chemical control; * Support production and quality leaders regarding material and product release in accordance with established standards; * Respond to internal and external audits within the scope of assigned responsibilities; * Record analysis results and maintain records per internal procedures; * Carry out support activities for implementing various quality control-related projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Completed high school education **Required** * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Experience in the food and beverage industry; **Desirable** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Quality Management, Chemistry, or related fields. * Technical course in Chemistry or Food Science. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared health plan; * Dental plan; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Monthly product kit; * Telemedicine and online therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life insurance; * Wellhub.
