




Job Summary: Work as an Occupational Physician, developing and coordinating occupational health programs, managing the medical department, and promoting employee health. Key Highlights: 1. Eneva in **Silves \- AM** wants you on our team! \#JoinEneva If you want to work as an **Occupational Physician**, we have a new challenge for you! **Main responsibilities:** Develop, coordinate, and implement the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO) and other health programs; Administer and manage the medical department; conduct periodic internal audits of the medical department; Conduct medical consultations and services, and provide occupational health follow-up; Provide clinical emergency and work-related accident care and follow-up; Guide and monitor workplace rehabilitation cases; Record medical services in patient medical records; Guide the maintenance of medical records and confidentiality requirements; Monitor and classify work-related accidents according to internal procedures; Promote employees’ physical and mental health; Establish interfaces with other company departments, especially occupational safety, human resources, and legal; Provide technical support to the company’s legal department; Assess existing working conditions at the unit through operational area visits; Plan and execute collective and preventive health actions; Assist in monitoring environmental risk control measures; Deliver Health-related DSSs (Safety and Health Talks); Implement Health Management per Eneva’s procedures; Ensure periodic production of Health indicators; Participate in management meetings presenting Health indicators; Comply with Eneva’s instructions and regulations; Monitor permits and licensing requirements; Monitor supplies and medications; Monitor medical expert evaluations; Prepare reports and expert opinions regarding work-related accidents, occupational diseases, and non-occupational diseases; Participate in the development and coordination of accident prevention activities; Monitor ergonomic studies of job tasks; Support the development of professional profiling analyses; Support Eneva’s quality-of-life programs; Support the review of Eneva’s Health procedures; Support and manage contracted companies per Eneva’s procedures; suggest and implement health promotion, primary prevention, and healthcare cost reduction initiatives and campaigns; Interface with attending physicians; Refer employees in writing to specialists when necessary; Receive referrals back, adjusting activities according to underlying disease restrictions; Assist in implementing prescribed treatments, monitoring and guiding their execution; Refer patients in writing to emergency/urgent care facilities following initial assessment; Perform duties in accordance with company policies, safety, health, hygiene, and occupational safety standards; Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the corporate environment; Adhere to the company’s institutional rules and regulations. **To apply, you must have:** Previous experience as an Occupational Physician with RQE registration; Completed undergraduate degree; Residence in the state of Amazonas. **Work Location**: Silves\-AM Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off. **Learn more about us by visiting our website:** www.eneva.com.br.**Eneva is a serious company committed to transparency throughout its selection processes and does not request any payment during the recruitment process.** **Join our team!
