OPPORTUNITY: BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN RONDÔNIA The company seeks a Building Maintenance Technician to perform services across multiple units in the State of Rondônia. Work Locations The professional will have the opportunity to work in several cities in Rondônia, including: * CACOAL * COLORADO DO OESTE * JI \- PARANA * OURO PRETO DO OESTE * ROLIM DE MOURA * VILHENA * JARU * PIMENTA BUENO * NOVA BRASILANDIA * ESPIGÃO DO OESTE * PRESIDENTE MEDICE * ALTA FLORESTA DO OESTE * SÃO MIGUEL DO GUAPORÉ Duties and Responsibilities * The Building Maintenance Technician will be a multifunctional professional responsible for a broad range of activities ensuring proper facility operation. Key responsibilities include: * Electrical Maintenance: Perform repairs on wiring, cables, switches, distribution boards, electrical installations, and electronic equipment. This includes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electro-electronic systems and components. * Data and Communication Networks: Install and maintain data and telephone networks, ensuring connectivity and proper functioning of communication systems. * Plumbing and Sanitary Systems: Perform typical plumber tasks, conducting preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plumbing and sanitary systems. * Civil Installations: Carry out masonry, roofing, and other civil installation works, including minor repairs and small-scale adaptation projects, with typical bricklayer responsibilities. * General Duties: Conduct measurements and tests; prepare and review technical documentation; comply with quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation standards and procedures. Protect facilities and maintain equipment and accessories, also performing other maintenance tasks not requiring specific qualifications. * Construction Experience: Execute general civil construction projects; specify, quantify, and inspect various materials; prepare sites for service execution. Requirements To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: Completed high school education. Minimum of 1 year of documented experience in building maintenance or a related field. Valid driver’s license corresponding to the vehicle type provided for service use. Willingness to travel and stay overnight in various cities across Rondônia (essential for land transportation and overnight stays outside the assigned city). 44-hour weekly work schedule.
