Clarifications regarding reimbursement, co-payment, and contractual rules A benefits management company is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst in São Gonçalo. **Responsibilities:** Provide high-standard service to beneficiaries of SME client portfolios, clarifying doubts regarding insurable benefits. Manage access passwords for beneficiaries and authorized representatives to insurer portals and internal systems. Schedule appointments and provide guidance related to the use of the accredited health and dental network. Clarify processes concerning reimbursement, co-payment, waiting periods, and plan contractual rules. Perform billing activities and verify billing information related to insurable benefits. Register, update, and process beneficiary changes in the company’s systems. Guide beneficiaries and HR departments regarding the accredited network, coverage, and procedures. Record interactions, requests, and follow-ups in systems and spreadsheets, ensuring a complete history and traceability of all communications. Position located in Rio de Janeiro / RJ. Previous experience as a Compensation Analyst, Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, or Compensation Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
