Clarifications regarding reimbursement, co-payment, and contractual rules A benefits management company is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst in Santo André. **Responsibilities:** Provide high-standard service to beneficiaries of PME client portfolios, clarifying questions regarding insurable benefits. Manage access passwords for beneficiaries and responsible parties to operators’ portals and internal systems. Schedule appointments and provide guidance related to the use of the accredited health and dental network. Provide clarifications on reimbursement processes, co-payment, waiting periods, and contractual rules of the plans. Perform billing activities and verify billing information related to insurable benefits. Carry out beneficiary registrations, updates, and movements in the systems used by the company. Guide beneficiaries and HR departments regarding the accredited network, coverage, and procedures. Record service interactions, requests, and follow-ups in systems and spreadsheets, ensuring a complete history and traceability of interactions. Position located in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as Compensation Analyst, Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, or Compensation Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
