We seek a Content Analyst to lead strategic and operational social media management, responsible for transforming commercial and institutional campaigns into relevant, creative, and results-oriented content. This person will serve as the bridge between planning, creative development, and performance, ensuring consistent communication and reinforcing the brand’s digital presence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and execute the social media **editorial calendar** * Create **scripts, captions, and creative concepts** aligned with campaigns and promotions * Manage **content publishing and scheduling** * Monitor and execute **weekly and seasonal campaign coverage** * Engage with the audience (**comments, direct messages, and relationship building**) * Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure **consistency between content and visual identity** * Monitor trends and adapt content to **current formats (Reels, trends, etc.)** * Collaborate with influencers and ensure **briefing execution** * Analyze metrics and generate **performance reports and insights** * Propose continuous improvements to the content strategy **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in **social media management** * Strong writing skills and proficiency in **copywriting** * Knowledge of **content planning and editorial calendar development** * Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business, etc.) * Basic understanding of digital marketing and consumer behavior * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities * Experience in **retail or supermarkets** * Experience with **promotional content and offer-based campaigns** * Experience in **influencer marketing** * Basic design knowledge (Canva) * Strategic mindset focused on performance and conversion More than just a supermarket, we are part of Manaus residents’ tables and daily lives. **Supermercado Rodrigues** built its legacy on hard work, honesty, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
