Monitoring of registrations and reports Description: Performs support services in the human resources, administration, and logistics areas of the management department, handles various documents, and fulfills all necessary procedures related thereto. Responsibilities and Duties Control requests via CSP; Issue RTs for all contracted companies and client employees; Perform and monitor registration of contracted companies in the PRESTSERV system; Archive management department documents electronically and physically; Prepare and submit documentation required for the management department’s subsidy processes, as requested by the legal department; Store office supplies and maintenance service materials; Generate the onboard personnel report for EMI; Control custody agreements for Trucking Radios and extensions; Ensure advance scheduling of embarkation with a minimum lead time of 15 days; Requirements and Qualifications Education: Completed high school or technical high school diploma (any specialization) Required Qualifications: * Experience in maintenance planning activities at Oil Production Plants, Oil Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, or Chemical Industries; Microsoft Office; Technical Documentation knowledge; SAP 4HANA 2512010202191836074
