




Job Summary: Quality Intern in the plastics sector to assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing and TPM, monitor performance indicators, and support continuous improvement. Performance indicator monitoring Plastics products division seeks a Quality Intern in Manaus. **Responsibilities:** Promote the implementation and sustainability of lean manufacturing and TPM practices. Assist in scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as essential inspection routines. Provide support for Kaizen and mini-Kaizen events focused on continuous improvement. Monitor performance indicators such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and availability. Contribute to process standardization, report preparation, controls, and presentations. Work directly on the shop floor in collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance departments. Previous internships in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, or Continuous Improvement may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
