Key Responsibilities * Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team for high performance * Define and monitor goals, KPIs, and results * Conduct strategic negotiations with clients and partners * Monitor sales pipeline, margins, inventory levels, and profitability * Track competitors and market trends * Participate in tenders, commercial visits, and industry events * Conduct periodic performance review meetings and individual feedback sessions * Support Procurement, Marketing, and Inventory teams with strategic analysis * Contribute to the department’s budget planning process * Manage recruitment, onboarding, and development of the sales team ?
