What We’re Looking For: A professional capable of achieving strong financial results through correct restaurant operations, adherence to operational standards, and effective people management—thereby delivering the best possible consumer experience. Your Key Responsibilities and Activities: * Ensure proper execution of expense planning by analyzing expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve improved financial outcomes; * Ensure the store team remains consistently prepared and capable of delivering an excellent customer consumption experience—providing fast, courteous, sales-oriented service aligned with the chain’s product quality standards; * Manage and monitor store performance and result indicators, implementing actions and solutions aimed at increasing TM (Team Member) productivity across each department, thereby driving revenue growth; * Monitor store inventory control, ingredient losses and gains, and qualified sales to meet the chain’s target COGS (Cost of Goods Sold); * Manage inventory through waste and surplus control, ensuring accurate purchasing to meet store requirements; * Responsible for recruiting and selecting frontline staff for kitchen and service departments; * Ensure utensils, equipment, and systems are available in correct quantities, in good condition, and fully functional—arranging procurement, replacement, or maintenance as needed; * Master the menu, dish composition and side items, product codes, and promotional campaigns; stay updated continuously with the chain and effectively communicate knowledge to the store team to ensure consistent customer service quality; * Ensure store cleanliness and organization during opening and closing, carried out by the team in accordance with established standards; * Verify daily cash register financial movements via the VS Cashier Operator system; provision adequate change to meet shift requirements; * Accompany visits from regulatory agencies and franchisor quality control teams, ensuring accurate and truthful information reporting and taking full responsibility for implementing recommended actions; * Guarantee proper cleaning, organization, and storage of products in the cold room, accessing the area only as needed and wearing appropriate PPE; * Lead people management; * Monitor store KPIs and direct efforts toward exceeding TM targets and metrics established by the chain; * Act cooperatively and team-oriented, supporting other departments and leaders solely to elevate the brand’s reputation and improve store results.
