Your Key Responsibilities and Activities: * Ensure proper execution of expense planning by analyzing expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve better financial results; * Ensure the store team is consistently prepared and capable of delivering an outstanding consumer experience—providing quick, courteous, sales-oriented service aligned with the Chain’s product quality standards; * Manage and monitor store performance and result indicators, implementing actions and solutions aimed at increasing TM (Transaction Margin) across each department, thereby driving revenue growth; * Monitor store inventory control, ingredient losses and gains, and qualified sales—ensuring achievement of the Chain’s target CMV (Cost of Merchandise Sold); * Manage inventory by controlling waste and surplus, ensuring accurate purchasing to meet store requirements; * Responsible for recruiting and selecting frontline staff for kitchen and service departments; * Ensure utensils, equipment, and systems are available in correct quantities, in good condition and fully operational—arranging acquisition, replacement, or maintenance as needed; * Be thoroughly familiar with the menu, dish composition and side dishes, product codes, and promotional campaigns—continuously updating knowledge with the Chain and sharing it with the store team to maintain customer service quality standards; * Ensure store cleanliness and organization during opening and closing, carried out by the team according to established standards; * Verify daily cash register financial activity via the VS Cashier Operator system; prepare appropriate change funds to meet shift requirements; * Accompany visits from regulatory agencies and franchisor quality control teams, ensuring timely, accurate, and truthful reporting—and taking responsibility for implementing recommended corrective actions; * Ensure proper cleaning, organization, and storage of products in the cold room, accessing the area as needed while wearing appropriate PPE; * Lead people management activities; * Monitor store KPIs and direct efforts toward exceeding TM and other targets set by the Chain; * Act cooperatively and collaboratively within a team environment, supporting other departments and leaders—united by the shared objective of enhancing the Brand’s reputation and improving store performance.
