Proactive profile with a sense of priority and attention to detail **Building Maintenance Assistant – Industrial Kitchen** We are looking for a responsible, committed maintenance professional with experience in building/civil routines to work in an industrial kitchen. If you are proactive, organized, and passionate about keeping everything running perfectly, this position is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Perform civil and building maintenance tasks (masonry, painting, finishing, minor floor, ceiling, and partition repairs). * Carry out simple plumbing and electrical repairs to ensure proper functioning of installations. * Conduct light preventive and corrective maintenance on doors, locks, lighting fixtures, sinks, and water/electrical outlets. * Assist in monitoring and inspecting cold rooms and equipment, identifying anomalies, leaks, or failures, and reporting them to the responsible department. * Supervise third-party service providers to ensure compliance with internal standards. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations. * Act proactively and responsibly to ensure full operational functionality of the industrial kitchen facilities. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Solid experience in civil/building maintenance (preferably in industrial, hospital, or food-related environments); * Practical knowledge of plumbing, basic electrical systems, masonry, and painting; * Ability to identify faults in cold rooms and equipment (preferred); * Strong technical instruction comprehension and attention to detail; * Proactive profile with a sense of priority; * Availability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergency calls. **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 518.00/month * On-site meals * Transportation Allowance * Medical Assistance Employment Type: Direct CLT Contract Compensation: BRL 2,000.00 – BRL 4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance
