We seek a proactive, responsible professional with an operational profile. **Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective building maintenance**; * Carry out minor repairs in **electrical systems, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry**; * Support maintenance of **lighting fixtures, outlets, electrical panels, and basic installations**; * Maintain the condition of internal and external areas; * Identify repair needs and report them to management; * Comply with **safety and organization standards**. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Experience in **building maintenance**; * Basic knowledge of **electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance**; * Responsible, organized, and priority-conscious profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical training or certification in electrical, electro-technical, or maintenance fields; * Experience in industrial environments.
