This position plays a fundamental role in ensuring all portfolios under management align with the **manager’s strategy**, respect the **asset allocation model defined in the investment policy**, and match each client’s **risk profile**, thereby directly contributing to the quality of delivery to the end customer. **WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Proactivity and curiosity, with continuous interest in learning and staying updated on the financial market; * Teamwork and effective communication, with clarity and conciseness in information exchange; * Analytical mindset and logical reasoning; * Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to quickly identify errors and inconsistencies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * No prior experience required. **DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE** * Familiarity with the financial market, investment products, and portfolio management; * Basic understanding of fixed income, equities, and investment funds. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Organize and execute financial allocations from cash surpluses (contributions, maturity of fixed-income instruments, and receipt of dividends); * Organize and execute redemptions requested by clients, from selling assets to withdrawing funds into the client’s account; * Monitor portfolio parameters daily, performing necessary adjustments in cases of: + Percentage deviations by asset class; + FGC limits; + Liquidity requirements; + Specific client requirements. * Juggle a **high volume of operational requests** while maintaining **extreme diligence and attention to detail**; * Strictly meet **task execution deadlines**; * Actively support the **continuous improvement of departmental processes**; * Adapt to the dynamics of the **financial market**, developing knowledge about CDV’s **investment strategies**. **OUR BENEFITS** **HEALTH** * **Conexa Saúde:** We value mental health care, so we cover 4 therapy sessions per month. * **Health Insurance:** We value our employees’ health!
