Job Summary: Will strategically perform planning, control, and optimization of maintenance activities, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and control of preventive and corrective maintenance 2. Failure analysis and proposal of continuous improvements 3. Preparation of technical reports and service order management Will act strategically, planning, controlling, and optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the entire industrial facility. Supporting decision-making through indicator analysis and continuous improvement of maintenance processes. * Plan, schedule, and control preventive and corrective maintenance, defining with supervision how and when to execute them; * Control spare parts inventory, ensuring availability while avoiding excesses or stockouts; * Perform failure analysis using tools such as root cause analysis; * Propose continuous improvement actions to reduce downtime, recurring failures, and operational costs; * Prepare technical and managerial reports with maintenance indicators to support management; * Operate maintenance management systems, performing creation, tracking, and closure of service orders; * Support standardization of maintenance processes and best practices. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) * Experience in PCM within an industrial environment is a plus * Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
