Human Resources Supervisor (New Factory Launch / Future HR Manager)**A large-scale Japanese multinational company in the automotive sector** is seeking a **Human Resources Supervisor** to support the launch of a new manufacturing facility in Brazil.
This professional will play a strategic role in **building the Human Resources function from the outset of the project**, with opportunities for growth and development to eventually assume the position of **HR Manager for the facility**.

* **Key Responsibilities**
* Build and develop the Human Resources function for the new manufacturing facility.
* Manage recruitment and selection, personnel administration, training, and organizational development.
* Support the development of HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
* Liaise with operational and administrative departments to ensure appropriate support for employees.
* Collaborate closely with the Japanese headquarters and local leadership to align HR strategies.
* Actively participate in the factory launch process, supporting all HR-related requirements.
* **Mandatory Requirements**
* Advanced/Business-fluent English OR Japanese at JLPT N2 level or higher.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
* Willingness to reside and work in the state of Pernambuco.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
* **Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in industrial or manufacturing companies.
* Experience in HR within automotive companies or auto parts manufacturers.
* Experience as an **HR Coordinator, Senior HR Analyst, or HR Supervisor**.
* Experience working in Japanese or multinational companies.
* Experience in factory launch projects, organizational structuring, or operational expansion.
