Perform administrative and operational routines related to employee management, such as onboarding, offboarding, time tracking, document organization, and assistance with payroll and benefits. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources Management, with proven experience in this role; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel) and basic knowledge of labor legislation; Experience with payroll systems; Experience with IOBG Accounting Management System is a plus; Analytical profile, emotional intelligence for conflict resolution, along with proactivity, dynamism, empathy, resilience, and teamwork, while respecting the company's internal policies, confidentiality, and discretion. **Company Offers: Market-competitive salary, health and dental insurance, meal allowance, transportation allowance, and basic food basket.** **Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM \- Commercial schedule, Monday to Friday**
