The professional will be responsible for providing specialized technical support, diagnosing problems, and delivering effective solutions to our customers, ensuring satisfaction. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to the company's customers; * Sell complementary services; * Analyze and resolve technical issues reported by customers; * Participate in the development and implementation of technical solutions; * Stay updated on the company's technologies and products; * Forward vehicles to the scheduling department. **Mandatory requirements:** * Knowledge of systems and software specific to the field of operation; * Communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Ability to efficiently solve problems.
