With multiple units in strategic locations, the company aims to provide a pleasant experience for its guests. **Responsibilities:** Perform guest service during check\-in and check\-out, ensuring speed and courtesy. Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions, contributing to an enhanced guest experience. Register reservations and updates in the hotel management system, ensuring data accuracy and organization. Receive and route telephone calls and messages, maintaining effective communication with guests and internal departments. Monitor visitor entry and exit to ensure hotel security. Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice issuance and preparation of daily reports. Collect guest feedback and address requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory responses. Maintain organization and presentation of the front desk and reception areas, conveying a positive image of the hotel. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure integrated service delivery. Comply with hotel service standards, security protocols, and internal procedures. Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Front Desk Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
