Key Activities and Responsibilities: * Provide technical-operational support to field teams and assist in technical-operational processes of Advanced Stations, maintaining organization under supervision of the Field Operations Coordinator; * Inspect distribution networks, electrical assets, primary substations, and customer service entrance standards, operating under supervision while observing technical criteria established by regulatory norms and internal procedures; * Schedule predictive and preventive inspections/maintenance under supervision of the Coordinator and in integrated coordination with the COI, as well as resource (team) availability for other routine field team activities dispatched by the COI, complying with technical prioritization and execution criteria defined by internal procedures and regulatory norms, always focusing on service quality, productivity, operational efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance; * Interact with and provide technical-operational support to the Operations Center during contingency service execution; * Supervise service execution performed by internal and contracted teams, observing technical and safety criteria established by regulatory norms, internal procedures, and active contracts; * Record and guide operational teams regarding correct reporting of executed services across various enterprise systems, always complying with internal norms, rules, and procedures; * Handle, under supervision, performance scores assigned to field operations processes and measure services executed by contracted teams under responsibility of Advanced Stations within the area of operation, complying with internal norms, rules, and procedures, ensuring process governance from audit and compliance perspectives; * Assist in fleet, equipment, PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), tools, inventory materials, etc. control, and in measuring field team productivity under supervision of the Operations Coordinator. **YOUR ENERGY POWERS CPFL** Employee development progresses alongside CPFL’s growth.
