Job Summary: We are seeking Customer Service Technicians for installation, repair, and maintenance of networks, focused on challenges and excellence in customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Work on deployment and repair of external optical networks We are looking for professionals to work in Vivo's technical areas, such as Customer Service Technician, performing installation, repair, and maintenance activities for networks. Responsibilities and Duties * **Install and configure services requested by customers**, such as landline telephony, data, and subscription TV, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Perform technical adjustments, such as **cabinet binning**, as well as **repairs** to telephone lines, data, and TV services, ensuring customer satisfaction. * **Deploy external optical networks (SITES / FTTA / FTTH)**, ensuring construction quality and optimal performance of the fiber optic network. * Perform **installation and repair of fiber optic cables** in residential and commercial buildings and external networks. * Conduct **tests and measurements** to ensure installation quality. * Diagnose and resolve issues in fiber optic systems. * **Maintain detailed records** of performed activities and monitor KPIs. * Manage third-party contractors, ensuring alignment and service quality. * Collaborate with the team to **meet deadlines and deliver projects with excellence**. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed High School education; * Valid and active Class B driver's license; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Willingness to work at heights; * Results- and customer-oriented mindset; * Tech-savvy profile; * Curiosity.
