Monitoring and analysis of marketing performance We are looking for a professional with an analytical and creative profile to join our Marketing and Communications team as an **Apprentice**, based in Santa Rosa, who is responsible, organized, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is eager to take on new challenges and growth opportunities in the marketing field. * Develop marketing action recommendations and solutions. * Design and implement promotions, campaigns, and communication initiatives aligned with company objectives. * Monitor and manage content and interactions on social media platforms. * Track, analyze, and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. * Participate in planning and executing team integration and engagement activities. Currently enrolled in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or related communication programs.
