Your key responsibilities include: * Lead investment management for projects and construction works within the **Business Unit**, ensuring execution within contractual timelines and established budgets. * Ensure implementation of **value engineering**, identifying optimal technical\-financial solutions for projects. * Coordinate matrix teams (projects, technology, and operations), promoting integration and excellence in execution. * Ensure quality of the **Multi-Year Investment Plan (QQ)**, contributing to the concessionaire’s performance. * Monitor and adjust the **investment trend**, ensuring predictability and positive impact on results. * Guarantee quality of functional and executive project designs, applying engineering methodologies and best practices. * Manage construction works, ensuring compliance with contracts, standards, and quality requirements. * Support concessionaire-related demands, including right-of-way matters, special loads, incidents, and legal interface. * Participate in strategic initiatives, contributing **planning, budgeting, and technical solutions** to the granting authority. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with active registration at CREA. * Solid experience in Construction and Engineering Project Management, preferably in highways/infrastructure sector. * Knowledge of civil construction planning, budgeting, and execution. * Experience managing contracts and interfacing with multiple departments. * Leadership profile, strategic vision, analytical capability, and results orientation. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company operating across **13 states**, enabling thousands of people daily to move safely and sustainably—delivering meaningful societal impact.
