Job Summary: The professional will manage transport and logistics operations, ensuring process safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Transport and logistics operations management 2. Focus on safety, quality, and compliance 3. Driver travel support and management 01\. Approve the daily vehicle checklist in the system; 02\. Continuously assess PPE and safety conditions; 03\. Adhere to safety concepts and regulations (QSHE); 04\. Plan and execute tactical actions, and analyze freight rates; 05\. Complete daily control spreadsheets, planning, and reporting; 06\. Input information into the TMS for CT-e generation; 07\. Receive and release escort service orders, and authorize trips with the monitoring center; 08\. Provide support and manage driver trips—including routes and deliveries—and monitor loading and unloading; 09\. Issue SM for vehicle monitoring; 10\. Respond to customer SOP requirements; 11\. Observe and uphold KN values; 12\. Collaborate with quality policy and objectives. 13\. Know and comply with SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment) and Quality system procedures and instructions related to their activities and general responsibilities.
