Present the menu and assist customers in making decisions. Prepare and serve ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, and other delicacies. Maintain a clean and tidy workplace. Process payments and operate the cash register. Ensure ingredients and products are consistently well-stocked. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Build positive customer relationships and appropriately resolve any issues or complaints. Assist in cleaning and maintaining the premises.
