We have an opportunity for a **Billing and Receiving Administrative Assistant** at **Refrigeração TIPI\- Campo Grande.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Support company operations by performing administrative routines, including system data entry, verification, issuance, organization, and storage of documents and invoices, as well as purchase requisitions, inventory control, and PPE management. Assist in material control and verification, ensuring workplace organization and data accuracy. Provide administrative support to other departments and internal customers via phone or corporate platforms, contribute to report preparation, and monitor requests with logistics companies—including pickups, deliveries, and delay resolution. Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization in accordance with the 5S program standards.
