Description: * Completed higher education: Business Management, Financial Management or related fields; * Experience in managing client/associate portfolios in financial institutions; * Knowledge of financial products and services, credit cooperative system; * Basic economics; * General law for micro and small enterprises (basic); * Negotiation focused on the associate; * CPA 20 certification. #LI-LD1 * Be responsible for the administration and development of a predominantly individual (Person Física) associate portfolio, fulfilling the established commercial agenda, presenting financial solutions suited to needs, marketing products and services aligned with established targets, aiming at achieving strategic planning goals; * Based on portfolio data, proactively engage associates with financial solutions, assessing their relevance according to each individual's life stage; * Support associates in making decisions about financial products and services, creating strategies for their financial lives and generating positive impact in the communities where the cooperative operates; * Prospect new associates and business opportunities by understanding the associate’s professional activity and level of indebtedness; * Conduct visits aimed at establishing new business and strengthening relationships with associates; * Facilitate associate interaction with self-service and automated service channels, promoting efficiency and guiding associates toward digital solutions; * Provide guidance to associates on how to better use available products and technology; * Conduct onboarding of new associates, explaining about Sicredi, answering questions, and fostering engagement with cooperative values. 2510160202251811836
