Job Summary: IT Technician responsible for installing and configuring operating systems, providing user support, and maintaining computer networks and CCTV. Key Highlights: 1. User technical support (on-site and remote) 2. Installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows and Linux) 3. Computer network and CCTV maintenance IT Technician * Desktop operating system installation (Windows and Linux Ubuntu) * Peripheral configuration (printers, scanners, webcams) on Windows and Linux * Knowledge of computer networks (modems, routers, cabling). * Network asset diagnostics, fault detection, and replacement of patch cords, switches, and patch panels. * On-site or remote user technical support using TeamViewer or AnyDesk. * CCTV (camera installation, cabling, DVR configuration, user addition/removal, preventive and corrective maintenance). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and alternative tools such as WPS Office. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver's license category B Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.000,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
