Job Summary:
A professional to conduct advanced testing, diagnose failures, plan technical certifications, and serve as the technical reference in hardware, firmware, and telemetry integration projects.

* Conduct advanced integration testing among hardware, firmware, and the telemetry platform.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical, communication, or configuration faults in equipment and machinery.
* Plan and execute field technical certifications, ensuring data collection, logging, and performance validation.
* Update and validate device firmware, generating technical evidence and structured reports.
* Analyze CAN, RS485, and MQTT signals, identifying patterns, noise, and protocol inconsistencies.
* Support the engineering and firmware teams with data-driven technical feedback from field operations.
* Standardize test, installation, and technical documentation procedures.
* Train technicians and integrators on best practices for installation and diagnostics.
* Serve as the technical reference in customer-facing integration and commissioning projects.
**Technical Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in **Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics**, or related fields.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and electronic schematics.
* Practical experience in electrical measurements and diagnostics (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies, and instrumentation).
* Solid knowledge of communication protocols:
* CAN (frame analysis, filters, error diagnosis, logs).
* RS232/RS485/Modbus (configuration and troubleshooting).
* TCP/IP and MQTT (connectivity testing, publishing and subscription, QoS).
* Experience with firmware flashing and debugging (ST\-Link, bootloader, serial logs).
* Ability to analyze technical data and logs (interpretation of firmware messages, MQTT traces, CAN frames).
* Experience in certification of embedded electronic devices or heavy/off\-road machinery.
* Knowledge of best practices for cabling, pinout, and automotive/industrial harness layout.
* Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, simple routing).
**Desirable:**
* Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and RTOS.
* Experience in technical training and procedure standardization.
* Technical English for reading documentation and communicating with suppliers.
