Serve customers:** Greet patients courteously, demonstrating professionalism and responsibility when responding to their requests or questions. **2\. Register tests in the system:** Enter data into the laboratory software following specific protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity of information. **3\. Process health insurance vouchers:** Issue and validate health insurance vouchers in compliance with health plan operators' requirements, ensuring correct billing for services. **4\. Confirm appointments:** Use emails or phone calls to verify upcoming appointments with physicians and patients, recording confirmations in the electronic scheduling system. **5\. Manage telephone calls:** Answer and route incoming calls efficiently, taking notes on required information and necessary actions. **6\. Organize correspondence:** Sort and forward emails and letters, recording receipts and responses in the laboratory’s system to maintain smooth communication flow. **7\. Type documents:** Draft and format documents such as reports and test results, applying standard presentation and grammar rules. **8\. Maintain document preservation:** Implement a physical or digital filing system to ensure documents are stored securely and remain easily accessible. **9\.
