Description
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise scouting activities, chemical applications, trap maintenance, and plant tutoring in greenhouses;
* Work with genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in compliance with government regulations and company internal policies;
* Ensure all safety standards and guidelines are followed by employees, meeting legal requirements and company internal policies;
* Guarantee correct use of quality management protocols and safety procedures across all activities;
* Monitor operational efficiency metrics for performance evaluation and continuous process improvement;
* Manage inventory of inputs, chemicals, traps, personal protective equipment (PPE), and operational materials, ensuring organization, traceability, and timely identification of replenishment needs;
* Supervise data management activities using specific applications, compiling and updating information in company systems.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Education: Agronomy or related fields;
* Driver's License: Class B;
* Preferred: English proficiency, intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
