Dynamic and growing work environment Sem Fronteiras Ultra Fibra is looking for a committed, proactive, and prevention-oriented **Occupational Safety Technician** to join our team and reinforce the company's safety culture. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, among others); * Conduct on-site safety inspections (work at height, outdoor work, and telecom infrastructure); * Deliver training sessions and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS); * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Manage the distribution and proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Monitor periodic medical examinations and ASO management; * Investigate accidents and propose preventive and corrective measures; * Support eSocial processes (occupational health and safety events); * Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and technical reports. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Knowledge of NRs, especially NR\-01, NR\-06, NR\-07, NR\-10, NR\-18, and NR\-35; * Experience in outdoor activities and work at height (an advantage in the telecom sector); * Familiarity with occupational health and safety documentation management and eSocial; * Strong communication skills and an advisory attitude; * Valid driver's license (Category B preferred). **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Birthday Day-Off; * On-site meals; * Health and education benefit plans; * Dental plan after probation period; * Dynamic and growing work environment; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.113,07 per month Work Location: On-site
