If you are dynamic, detail-oriented, and love transforming storefronts and environments into unforgettable shopping experiences, join us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and execute visual store organization (windows, interiors, and campaigns); * Set up thematic, promotional, and institutional window displays according to the commercial calendar; * Maintain Megamodas’ visual identity, aligned with brand guidelines; * Ensure strategic product placement in the sales floor to maximize attractiveness and conversion; * Analyze results and performance of Visual Merchandising initiatives, proposing improvements; * Support promotional actions and internal events; * Train the sales team to maintain VM standards. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Fashion, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience in the Visual Merchandiser role within fashion retail; * Knowledge of fashion trends and consumer behavior; * Strong communication skills, creativity, and refined aesthetic sense; * Organization, pro\-activity, and results orientation. **Desirable:** * Experience with popular fashion; * Familiarity with basic design tools (Photoshop/Canva) is a plus. **Additional information** * Fixed salary \+ performance-based bonus; * Discounts on Megamodas products; * Development and Training Program; * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
