Customer portfolio management and prospecting RedeFlex is a company operating in the telecommunications sector, providing recharge machines, debit and credit terminals, and acting as a banking correspondent. **Responsibilities:** Negotiate and sell products through client visits to supply the market and achieve established targets; Collect payments according to agreements and process bill payments; Assess the client's physical product inventory via on-site counting to determine turnover and propose sales; Create sales orders via smartphone for registration in the management system; Promote points of sale using merchandising materials to advertise operators' products, offers, and promotions; Prospect new clients through visits for product sales; Train clients through hands-on instruction and demonstration of POS terminal operation; Report daily activity, inventory reconciliation, collections, expenses, and other matters. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; **Prior experience in the Acquiring Market is desirable**; Experience in: customer service, sales, and commercial routines; Proficiency in computer applications and software; Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and availability for travel; Proactive, communicative, and results-oriented profile; **Benefits:** Commission-based earnings (NO CEILING); Guaranteed variable compensation for the first three months; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance; Fuel allowance; Vehicle rental allowance; Life insurance; Internal training programs. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday – Business hours (with a 1-hour lunch break). **Join RedeFlex!**
