We aim to grow — as a company, as a team, and as individuals. **Your Mission Will Be:** To serve as the bridge between the client and Inovadora, translating their expectations into solutions that address their pain points and add value to this partnership. **What You’ll Do:** * Implement our systems with clients, ensuring installation, configuration, and testing processes are executed successfully and enabling them to operate the contracted modules effectively. * Conduct training and refresher sessions on using our systems with clients, taking full ownership of the end-to-end process. * Test implementation modules and features offered in each version before release and deployment. * Manage documentation generated during implementations, ensuring all terms, reports, and other documents are validated and signed, thereby confirming service delivery. * Provide technical support — ranging from basic to advanced — to Inovadora’s clients via phone, e-mail, chat, or corporate WhatsApp, identifying issues encountered and supporting their resolution. * Log service tickets for your interactions, documenting client requests, system defects, and flaws in detail, and routing those requiring cross-functional support to the appropriate teams. * Monitor open tickets to ensure clients receive timely responses to their requests within agreed timeframes. * Visit clients onsite to closely observe and assess their interaction with and satisfaction regarding our solutions. **Requirements:** * Basic computer skills (Windows and Linux). * Proactivity in identifying and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Must reside in Rio Branco/AC. **How You’ll Work:** * Assume responsibilities aligned with the department’s plan. * Understand the business and have a solid grasp of interdependencies among involved variables. * Make operational decisions — even when precedents are lacking — while understanding the impact of your actions on your team and stakeholders with whom you interface most frequently. * Receive prioritized responsibilities and seek guidance and support as needed. * Deliver outputs of varying complexity, predominantly simpler and standardized ones. * Deliver quality results even when extra effort is required.
