




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training, development, organizational climate, and administrative support for employees. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees 2. Support in training, development, and organizational climate initiatives 3. Administrative support for personnel management and employee assistance **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, interviews); * Lead new employee onboarding processes; * Monitor and execute training and development activities; * Assist in organizational climate initiatives, internal communication, and corporate events; * Support personnel administration processes in collaboration with the HR department (timekeeping, hiring, documentation); * Assist employees with inquiries regarding pay slips, vacations, benefits, and other related matters; * Maintain HR systems and employee records up to date. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:48 PM\. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management; * Prior experience in generalist or specialized HR functions; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
