The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the administration and support of the company's information systems. Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on information systems. * Provide technical support to users, resolving technology-related issues and questions. * Assist in developing and implementing technological solutions to optimize internal processes. * Participate in projects to improve and update existing systems. Requirements * Degree in IT-related fields, such as Information Systems or Computer Networks; * Minimum of 6 months of experience in the field is desirable; * Knowledge of operating systems, computer networks, and databases; * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively; * Proactivity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
