Job Summary: Professional responsible for inspecting and evaluating electrical equipment, structures, and systems, planning and executing maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and inspection of industrial equipment maintenance 2. Failure analysis and proposal of improvements to procedures 3. Development of simple projects for process optimization JOB SUMMARY: Carry out inspection and evaluation plans for electrical equipment, structures, and systems, identifying service requirements to be scheduled; detailing activities for service execution; verifying the effectiveness of planned activities; analyzing and proposing improvements to instructions, work procedures, and preventive equipment maintenance plans, aiming to support production continuity and availability. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \# Maintenance inspection and planning based on the 52-week schedule and daily demands. \# Analysis of work orders, prioritizing activities according to equipment criticality. \# Field technical surveys to detail step-by-step service execution. \# Verification of required resources, such as tools, manpower, and safety conditions. \# Updating and reviewing work plans, standardizing procedures. \# Preventive inspections to avoid failures in industrial equipment (e.g., mills, pumps, conveyors). \# Risk assessment and development of mitigation plans. \# Interpretation of technical drawings and proposal of improvements to operational procedures. \# Development of simple projects for process and workplace optimization. \# Inspection and testing of electrical/electronic systems, in accordance with NR-10, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. \# Support to engineering teams in projects and production lines. \# Compliance with safety, organization, and housekeeping standards. \# Failure analysis and preparation of weekly/monthly reports. \*\* Willingness to reside in Currais Novos.
